Player  he1p | kolt is back playing on the server ! 

Either he By-pass ban or playing from other IP Address  witch he played before,because he has statistics !usually when player is banned  permanently automatically  all stats are deleted too !

too short ban probably, if i remember it right when i checked banlist it was 2 hours or close to that

Thats a serious violation.for cheating should be permanent ban !!

So its a weapon issue bug that only he have  !?!?

I notice long time ago but i was not sure,now we all see demo where hi get 2 weapons at beginning of each round !
