@PIRANHA MKD what if the Player u pick won't care about all this. i mean a guy can be passive when it comes to communicating or to payment or to other sh we can't think of. i think if someone needs any sort of privilege, he will easily find the web site and try to get it. don't u find it fair?

This idea may require more time and efforts, as @ voland mentioned some players who are  fair may not be interested with that, just some players play for fun peacefully, but anyway I think this idea can be considered  :)

I think, even reset the top 15 list at a certain time interval. and the top 15 winner of the first admin. The top of the second vip as a gift. This increases the competition on the server. even the player multiplies. the server is activated.

А почему нет, вполне логично, получив вип раз, шанс что человек его продлит в разы больше )  И увеличит посещаемость форума и его активность ) Но тут подумать, по каким критериям человек его бы получал, но явно не топ 10-15, и так статистов хватает,  ну и естественно, в случае выигрыша одобрять общим голосованием, против или нет, или по нарушениям смотреть, ну и уведомить в начале о сказанном выше, дабы не было обид, в случае отказа ) если продумать все по мелочам, то в целом за )
