VIP Flesh bomb

There is a problem in server. Every time when YNW or someother VIP player drop flash bomb, no mether where are you loking, if you are zm, it flash you. Here is demo to prove that. I dont know is that a bug or a cheat, reporting this to admin to fix this problems.
