Hi ajamahi,
The admin banned you rightfully for blocking while being human. This is forbidden. You can only block in the beginning of the round if the scanner on the bottom left corner says INFECTED (meaning you will be the 1st zombie). The ban is 30 minutes so it already expired.

Here's a topic explaining how you can know whether you are infected or not at the beginning of the round.
