• How it was: It all started when he was threatening to ban me because i am apparently lagging, he kicked me a lot of times from the game being emotional young guy, and i was being truthful now i get a ban for saying to him emotional bot which, i know for sure that it isn't a mat or a curse word which even admins use that word occasionally even him himself.

Please find attached the photo which he texted me recently, and I don't know what he expects I don't live in Russia to have 10 ping, sometimes it lags but thats normal, from 80ms to 100ms its normal its not like, I am moving crazy.

Снова увижу как ты лагаешь за зм, бан продлю на более длительный срок

I swear to God I haven't lowered fps, pull the whole demo when was i lagging ? You were emotional before kicking me, tried to infect me you died 
It still doesn't change the fact that you are a bot in my eyes, playing for stats, blocking players to keep yourself alive, being passive, that's not an insult.

With that being said not only a bot but you are emotional bot.

Let's be sensible with the bans...

Banning someone for calling you a bot is a bit of an exaggeration. You should consider the gagging option before banning.

As for teleports, that's something Smurf needs to see. I agree that if players intentionally use commands to teleport, they should be penalized (I'm not saying that was the case in this situation). 

Please try to agree amongst yourselves, as this thread has not solved the problem, it has only made it worse.

Учитывая, что это не заявка на разбан, а жалоба, то считаю некорректным закрывать её будучи тем, на кого жалоба была подана. Поэтому пока что открыто.

Банить за бота это бред) Ну правда, мне кажется ничего нет более безобидного.

@ss^%^ ты хотя бы объясни нормально человеку какие к нему претензии. Фпс к лагам отношения не имеет, занижаются рейты. Ты так объясняешь, что ничего не понятно. Если по русски не понимают, у нас есть люди, которые могут понятно перевести. Но для этого опять же, надо нормально изначально сформулировать претензии.

@didi.nobLe You are suspected of creating fake lags by lowering your client rates. Next time, just provide your POV demo for verification. (HLTV demo is not suitable for that)

Thank you for providing the POV demo in your initial post. I ran it through the demo checker and didn't find any cheats or suspicious programs that you play with. I have seen you lag sometimes indeed but it's not that serious. It can happen due to a bad connection/not a stable internet provider. Your demo is clean, here are the results.

I have multiple demos that i have put in the server with my POV, I have been playing in this server for more than 5 years, I don’t even know what is lowering my client rates sincerely, you have a lot of players from out of Russia which you can see playing with 130ms, sometimes it lags yes, but how much can my 90 ms can affect the gameplay.

How fair is it to close a complaint topic which is made for him. 

I am not playing for stats, I am usually going head first in multiple occasions, I simply play this server like no other game.

There’s nothing more absurd players like this getting admin panels, having in consideration the level being highly emotional and egocentric. 

Aside from trying a lot of times which i want to contribute for the server, because of the restrictions, I cannot make it.

Otherwise, having doubts of me using manipulative things lowering rates, that is something you’ll never see from me, that’s why, I saved a screenshot i made from the guy specifically added me on steam to tell me in private that he will ban me, imagine that, me thinking that the guy is cool.

This one actually picked up a LAG on a silent reload of your AK47 gun that you used.

Я все конкретно и доступно объяснил, он дропает свое фпс по бинду. Ты вроде Артём гл.Админ сервера а пишешь как будто кс не знаешь от слова совсем! Сам только что лично затестил на себе. У меня заявленная герцовка 165 при команде fps_max 0.5 начинает сильно резаться моделька при этом она не стопится на скорости, но пинг вырастает в 15-20 единиц точно так же как у него. Ссылаться на лаги смысла тут нету играют ребята с лагами если лагают моделька сразу стопится. Это все лично проверено мной если нужно я могу скинуть свою личную демку тебе и увидишь сам как это работает)

Проверяй демку) Ищи по времени нужный момент и смотри что в этот момент происходит.

Ты когда параметры конфига свои меняешь, или подгружаешь другие конфиги во время игры, в консоли это есть.

Будешь голословно и без доказательств всех подряд обвинять в нечесной игре встанет вопрос в твоей профпригодности.

Банить просто потому что тебе что-то кажется неправильно.

Если уж выдал бан, то будь добр обосновать его и доказать почему игрок по твоему мнению играет не честно.

А у тебя какие-то эмоции ненужные. Типа буду банить, потому что я так решил. Ты докажи и вопросов не будет, а то так можно половину игроков перебанить, потому что что-то показалось или померещилось.

Smurf the ban I was issued, is for calling him a bot, emotional bot. I don’t understand fps, I simply play, I lag sometimes normally nothing crazy.

This guy is more emotional than Marry.

А где ты был дружище, когда это юзают другие игроки, на регулярной основе?

Didi бегает так на регулярной основе, почему ты не сделал никаких даже предупреждений?

а когда это сделали постоянный игроки, забавы ради и для того, чтобы это как-то заметили.  И ты сразу моментально  начинаешь разводить своё недовольство? Это какая-то предвзятость или твое не профессиональное точка зрения как админа?
